• Stratford Agri Analysis will use every effort to ensure that the information provided herein is accurate. We cannot be liable for and also do not assume responsibility for yield losses or reductions due to causes beyond our control or arising from erroneous information provided by the grower or other upon whom we are relying in providing this service or which result form improper  or inadequate growing practices.

• The parties acknowledge that this agreement represents the whole agreement between them and that no representations, warranties or conditions, save as contained herein have been made or implied as to crop growth, yields, or economic results.
