Dr. Jim Brimner, B.S.A.,
M.Sc., Ph.D.

Dr. Brimner was previously employed by the Ministry of Agriculture,
Food and Rural Affairs for 26 years based at Ridgetown College.He
was the head of Agriculture Chemistry for 20 years and sat on the
Technical Advisory Committee for Soil, Plant Tissue, Feed, and
Greenhouse Media and Feed Testing Laboratory at Ridgetown for 7
years. He also ran the official accreditation programs for OMAF for 10 years.
Dr. Brimner was a major contributor in the setting up of the soil analysis lab and has
worked diligently at the improvement of efficiency of the processes.
He ensures the first rate quality of the analysis results. |
Keith Lemp, B.Sc.(Agr.)

Keith Lemp obtained his B.Sc.Agr. from the University of Guelph in 1976. He majored in
crop science with a minor in soil science. After four years in premix sales to livestock
farmers he was involved in the set-up of the feed analysis lab at Daco Laboratories in 1980.
In 1994, as manager of the lab facilities, he was involved in starting the soil analysis
lab. His experiences encompass all the leading edge technology in feed and soil analysis
equipment. Keith also obtained a diploma in Business Administration from Wilfrid Laurier University in Waterloo, Ontario.

Dianne Dawson, B.Sc., M.B.A.(Agr.)

| Dianne graduated with a B.Sc. with Honours in Chemistry from the University of Guelph in
1979. Dianne worked at Shur-Gain’s feeds laboratories as technician and eventually became
the lab supervisor until 1994, when she started at Stratford Agri Analysis
(Daco Laboratories Ltd.) She became heavily involved in the set-up of the soil analysis
lab and is very much involved in hiring qualified staff to ensure the quality of the
soil analysis work. Dianne
has also obtained her M.B.A.(Agr.) from the University of Athabasca, Alberta, in
conjunction with the University of Guelph, Ontario.
